All SEC music therapy and creative arts wellness programs are:

Accessible

We adapt all activities, so everyone can successfully participate. Little ones love to jump in and make music, but we know that sometimes caregivers may need to step out of their comfort zone a bit when singing and making music with others.  We create an environment where everyone will feel comfortable participating and maybe even have a few laughs along the way! There is no special talent or previous experience needed to benefit from our programs!

Creative

We are not here to perform for you or your little ones, we are here to engage YOU in the creative process, so you can improve your own wellbeing and connect with others. Participating in active music making, listening, and other creative play fosters healthy development in the child and improves the mental health and wellbeing of caregivers.

Goal-Oriented

Our programs are not only fun and engaging, they are thoughtfully planned to meet the needs and identified goals of the participants in front of us.Most often, we help little ones improve speech/communication, motor, social, and emotional regulation skills. We also build confidence and help prepare them to be lifelong learners.
