Join us in our center for unique and enriching classes for children and adults.  Our music and creative arts wellness programs provide a space to connect with peers, meet other families, and focus on your overall wellness through fun, creative, and engaging classes each week!  

Our center-based classes occur over 3 semesters (fall, winter, spring).  Classes are billed in 3 equal monthly payments throughout the semester.  Class rates are determined by the length and number of classes that occur in the semester.  We do not hold class on certain holidays and school vacation weeks, which can be viewed on our CALENDAR HERE.

Music Class 1


Family Music and Movement!

Ages: Caregivers and children ages 6 months-3 Years (infants younger than 6 months welcome with older siblings)

Time: Fridays 10:15-11:15am

Cost: $95 per month for up to 2 children. Contact us if you have more than 2 siblings attending.

Description: Sing, dance, and play with your little ones as we explore all things music and movement!  Learn ways to support healthy development through play, while connecting with other families and taking the time to foster creativity in your child(ren).  Facilitated by a board-certified music therapist, families will drum, play with movement props, and learn ways to incorporate music into your everyday lives and routines. A.B.C. Play!

Ages: 2.9-5 (drop-off)

Time: Wednesdays, 9:30-11:30am


A.B.C. Play! is a 2-hour weekly drop-off program that allows your 2.9-5 year old* to explore their creativity, make friends, and sets the stage for a lifelong love of learning and the arts.  Children are meant to learn through hands-on play and are naturally drawn to music, art, and movement.  Our curriculum, developed by our team of board-certified music therapists, is centered around the use of music, art, movement and a whole lot of FUN to support social/emotional learning and healthy child development. Express Yourself!

Ages: Grades K-2

Time: Tuesdays, 4:00-5:15pm

Cost: $130 per month (billed at registration/Oct/Nov)

Description: Through music, art, movement, games, stories and play, we will introduce strategies for dealing with big feelings in a fun and developmentally appropriate way.  Students will take part in activities that get our bodies moving and give opportunities for students to express themselves through music and other creative arts activities.  Begins 9/14/21  LEARN MORE HERE or ENROLL NOW

Music Therapy Social Group

Ages: Grades K-2

Time: Wednesdays, 4:00-4:45pm || October 6-December 1 (no class November 24)

Cost: $100 per month (billed Oct/Nov)

Description: For neurodiverse students and those with disabilities.  Lead by a board-certified music therapist.  Students will connect with peers, develop social/communication skills, and have a fun space to express themselves in a creative way.   Developmentally appropriate activities will focus on increasing ability to attend, taking turns, communication skills, self expression, and self regulation.    We'll guide the group through drumming, singing, songwriting, playing instruments, movement and music games! Stress-Less Creativity Club

Ages: Grades 3-5

Time: Tuesdays, 4:00-5:15pm

Cost: $130 per month (billed at registration/Oct/Nov)

Description: Each week, we will lead students through music and creative arts activities designed to teach strategies to help students express themselves in safe and productive ways as well as calm their mind and bodies when they feel overwhelmed.  Activities are presented in a fun way that encourages students to engage and participate, while also socializing with other kids.  Students will exercise their creativity while participating in group drumming, songwriting, painting, drawing, listening to music, playing games, etc.  No experience necessary as we break down the creative process so that everyone can successfully participate! Teen Music Therapy Social Group

Ages: High School and Young Adults with disabilities

Time: Mondays, 4:45-5:45pm

Cost: $104 per month (billed at registration/Oct/Nov)

Description: For teens/young adults with disabilities looking to connect with peers, develop social/communication skills, and have a fun space to express themselves in a creative way.  Lead by a board-certified music therapist. We'll guide the group through drumming, song sharing, songwriting, music games, and more! No experience necessary!  ENROLL NOW

Teen Music and Wellness

Ages: Grades 6-12 (broken up by Middle/High School)

Schedule:Contact us to get on our waitlist and we will open up enrollment based on need in the community (5 person minimum to run a group).

Description: Join us for a place to connect with peers and engage in music and creative arts projects that focus on self-expression and finding healthy ways to process your thoughts and feelings. Lead by a board-certified music therapist. Music Therapy and Creative Arts Wellness Program for Adults with Disabilities

Fall Schedule: Offered on Mondays and Thursdays

Day: Mondays, 9:30-11:30am (12 Weeks)
$260 per month (billed Sep/Oct/Nov)

Day: Thursdays, 1:00-3:00pm (11 Weeks)
$238 per month (billed Sep/Oct/Nov)

Description: Join us for 2-hours each week of engaging music and creative arts activities that allow participants to socialize and connect with peers in their community.  Group members will have the opportunity to participate in drumming/instrument-playing, songwriting, singing, movement, art, and games that focus on social/emotional health.  All activities will be adapted to allow everyone to successfully participate and have a voice within the group (regardless of skill level and communication method). Limited space available!

Groups are facilitated by two board-certified music therapists at Sing Explore Create, LLC located at 28 Webster St. in Rockland, MA.  Weekly sessions will be documented and a written progress summary will be provided at the end of the fall session for each individual who participates.  All materials are included in the monthly tuition. LEARN MORE or ENROLL NOW
